Data minimization
Requests are scoped to a specific area and time window, not standing access.
Purpose limitation
Every request and search is bound to a documented case and reason.
Owner consent
Footage is only shared when an owner explicitly approves a specific request.
Automatic blurring
Unrelated faces and licence plates are blurred by default.
Short retention
Footage and case data follow configurable, conservative retention periods.
No facial recognition
Facial identity matching is not enabled in this release.
Append-only audit logs
Every access and search is logged in a way nobody — including admins — can quietly edit.
Geographic & time limits
Search radius and timeframe are capped; larger requests need supervisor approval.
