Registering your camera doesn't give anyone standing access to it. It simply makes it possible for a verified investigator, working an authorized case, to ask.

Choose your participation level

Registry Only

Investigators can see a camera may exist nearby and can send you a request. Nothing else is shared.

Request and Upload

You can respond to an approved request by manually uploading the specific clip asked for.

Local AI Search

A future local StreetCam Connector app analyzes footage on your device and sends only match notifications, not full footage, unless you choose to share it.

You are always in control

  • Approve, partially approve, or reject any request — every time.
  • Hide your name and exact address from investigators by default.
  • Pause requests temporarily or set quiet notification hours.
  • See exactly who requested or viewed your footage, and why.
  • Revoke previously granted access where legally permitted.
  • Delete your camera registration at any time.
